RETURN PROCEDURE

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchased goods within 14 days without stating the reasons, by notifying us in writing via email: info@elair.lv.

According to the "Consumer Rights Protection Law" Article 1, Paragraph 3, a Consumer is a natural person who expresses a desire to purchase, purchases, or could purchase or use a product or service for a purpose unrelated to its economic or professional activity.

IMPORTANT: Within 24 hours of receiving the shipment (from the moment you confirm receipt of the shipment by signing it with the courier), please submit a claim regarding incomplete packaging, damages, or other discrepancies. Items purchased at the www.elair.lv online store can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, in accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Latvia "Regulations on Distance Contracts". However, it should be noted that Article 11, Part 1 of the Consumer Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states: "The consumer is responsible for the reduction in the value of the goods if the goods have been used for a purpose other than that necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods." Therefore, please note that within the withdrawal period, the consumer has the right to use the product only to the extent necessary to inspect the goods. During the withdrawal period, the consumer is responsible for the use of the goods, which exceeds the purpose of inspecting the goods and is not compatible with the principles of good faith, as well as for the reduction in the value, quality, and safety of the goods.

RETURN CONDITIONS

When returning goods, the following conditions must be observed:

The returned goods must be in their original packaging;

The goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition;

The product must not have lost its commercial appearance (undamaged labels, unbroken protective films, etc.). This point does not apply to goods returned due to inadequate quality;

The returned goods must be in the same configuration as received;

When returning the product, it is necessary to present its purchase document, warranty card (if issued);

The buyer must send the returned goods to Jelgava, Miezītes ceļš 20A

IMPORTANT

When returning the product, a request must be submitted in free form, sending it to the email info@elair.lv, providing detailed information about the order: order number, date, product, price, delivery date. The application must indicate the account to which you want to receive the refund for the product. In case the money is refunded to another person's account, not the buyer's, the buyer must provide a power of attorney issued by the buyer to the third party to receive the refunded money.

In accordance with the law, the Seller undertakes to return to the Buyer all sums of money paid by the Buyer, including the delivery costs paid by the Buyer, immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day when the Seller received the Buyer's notice of withdrawal from the contract. If the Buyer refuses to conclude the contract, the Buyer covers the direct costs of returning the goods.

ELAIR.LV unilaterally reserves the right to deduct an additional discount amount from the refunded amount if the customer has used an additional offer discount and later cancels (returns) at least one quality product from the total order to which the discount was applied.

If the reason for returning the goods is inadequate quality, ELAIR.LV undertakes to replace the product of incorrect quality with a product of appropriate quality or refund the money paid for the product from its own funds.

If a defective product purchased during the warranty period is replaced with a new product of appropriate quality, the remaining warranty period applies to the replaced product, i.e. the warranty period is not extended.

WARRANTY, WARRANTY REPAIR, AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTERS

ATTENTION: All products sold on the ELAIR.LV website are intended for the European regional market, therefore, all products are subject to warranty terms and manufacturer's requirements. In accordance with the European Union directive, all products are covered by a warranty period of at least 24 months.
