The characteristic feature of the Blaupunkt FMS601 electric slicer is a 19 cm precision knife made of stainless steel. Thanks to it, every slice of bread will be perfectly even, and the slices of cheese and sausages will always have the thickness we like best. The slicer will also help to prepare equal pieces of juicy meat, e.g. for steaks. The stable aluminum base with non-slip feet, as well as the cast aluminum adjuster guarantee safety, quality and durability of the device. The adjuster allows you to adjust the thickness of the slices in a wide range - from 1 mm to as much as 20 mm, thanks to which we can easily cut products into really thin, delicate slices and thick pieces, e.g. meat for chops. The device's safety during operation is ensured by non-slip feet, knife cover and pulse mode (the device works only when the switch is pressed). For advanced users, it will be convenient to use a continuous mode, during which it is not necessary to keep the switch pressed. The slicer knife can be replaced. The manufacturer offers both plain and serrated knives (smooth knife - accessory with the symbol ACC039 and serrated knife - accessory with the symbol ACC040).
