When the heart becomes whitish and gets cold, just put it in hot water and cook it for a few minutes (about 5-10 minutes; you don't have to worry about cooking it, nothing bad will happen with the heater - it is adapted to it) and let it sweat. let it cool down completely - and you can enjoy the heater again - now you just need to bend the plate again (preferably in a different place - in a place where you can see light cuts with a bulge)

Instruction:

1. Bend the metal plate in the center of the heart
2. The interior will crystallize in a few seconds, reaching about 50-60 degrees
3. After it has cooled down, boil the heart in hot water for about 5-10 minutes, so that it becomes a gel again and let it cool down, then you can use the warmer again (bending the plate again)
